The main character

The name of the main character in my book is Deenie.

Deenie is a young, beautiful and assertive teenager.She says what she thinks at the moment. I felt a deep connection with her while I was reading.

In this book,Deenie come through a big problem: in the middle of 7th grade she needs to put a brace on her body. The brace makes her look fatter and she thinks that it's the end of her life. The book describes her life with the brace and her problems.
